          Assist in Developing MDP Centre, and its policies, rules, processes and systems, its product list and calendar , and network for marketing , internal and external networking, enriching order book and enable delivery of MDPs, leading to development of Faculty Members and branding of BIMTECH, in line with its Vision and Values.

          Job Description: (Major Roles and Responsibilities)

           

          1.0 Assist MDPs and Training Program

          This position needs to deal with training and development roles for industry/clients, with a  variety of activities, keeping in mind the type and size of organizations, and their training and development needs. However, activities may  generally   include some or all of the following:

          • Management of CMDC activities
          • Coordinate the preparation of the MDP Brochure with the faculty members. Once BIMTECH  MDP Brochure is printed, coordinate with the Programme Directors to market the In-house Programme with specific Corporates/Organizations and obtain the minimum required number of nominees/participants
          • Liaison and Marketing with old and prospective clients to get orders, for delivering MDPs,
          • Developing / updating a clear Order Book for delivery of MDPs frequently
          • Coordinate for conducting meetings with prospective clients in the Govt, PSUs and Private companies etc for training/consultancy assignments to the Institute.
          • In house coordination with various faculties for design/delivery of content and providing support.
          • Developing communication and publicity materials, ads etc. for Marketing MDPs and training programs
          • Producing training materials for in-house and open courses; hard copies, CDs, Books etc.
          • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees covered in specific organization, through questionnaires/other connects and discussions.
          • Evaluating training and development programmes;
          • Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring/assessed in client organization/market..
          • Keeping up-to- date information on with developments in training and development by reading relevant journals, going to client meetings and attending relevant courses;
          • Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and if relevant, to involve in the creation and/or delivery or e-learning packages.
          • Get NOMINATIONS for programs
          • Maintaining Order Book of Programs
          • Raising Invoice for the program delivered
          • Follow up with Clients regarding Payment against Invoice raised.
          • Monthly Submission of MIS
          • Creating Distribution sheet after receiving payment from Clients and submitting them to Accounts for disbursement
          • Provide assistance to CMDC Team
          • Assist in accommodation booking
          • To coordinate for arranging Transport
          • Place indent on Admin for Notepads, Pens, Bags, Track Suit, Momento and Milky file etc…
          • Inauguration Session -confirmation from Chief Guest, Director- Welcome slide, Momento, Bouquet, List of participants incl. Designation and region, Agenda.
          • To ensure smooth proceeding in the Inaugural ceremony
          • Intimate all Internal Faculty members  and Guest Faculty about the dates enclosing the Program design and seek confirmation for their availability.
          • Printing certificate, jacket and Group Photo
          • Creation of Group work and distribution of Case if required.
          • Keep required formats ready  for Key Learning for the training Session
          • Order for Flower Bouquet one day before and keep it ready for Inauguration
          • Arrange for the materials required during Inauguration and Valedictory sessions
          • To Contact all participants after receiving the List from the clients
          • Ensure that Travel Plan of the participants are received well before & transport arranged
          • To arrange transport for pickup of the participants
          • Welcome Kit Arrangement, Demand from Admin

          2.0    Implement MDPs/Organising programs/ MDP Deliveries:

          • Planning delivery of all training titles/programs.
          • Make training delivery plan in accordance with the Order book, monthly, quarterly, annually.
          • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the clients’ organization/work environment.
          • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties/clients.
          • Collect and compile the course material to be distributed to the participants in time and Preparation of Programme kits.
          • To communicate the Feedback and suggestions  obtained from the participants, Corporates and their observers to all concerned.
          • Plan and train Faculty members the techniques and skills for MDP training.

          3.0    Appraisal of training effectiveness :

          • Evaluating training and development programs.
          •  Evaluate faculty performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
          • Develop Feedback and evaluation procedures.
          • Preparation and submission of End Report at the Centre, containing Brief information about pedagogy and course material, index of modules covered, feedback analysis and summary of expenditure and income statement as per the prescribed format.

          4.0  Subordinate competency and performance appraisal.

          • Appraisal competency and performance of employees in MDP Centre periodically.
          • Identify quality of team as requirements
          • Develop evaluation procedures.

          5.0  Training Budget, Costing and  Revenue management :

          • Considering the costs of planned programs keeping within budgets.
          • Developing Annual Budget of Centre of MDP ,keeping updated,
          • Assessing the return on investment (ROI) of any training or development program,
          • Billing of Programs delivered
          • Follow up and collection of payments from clients and timely distribution and disbursement to the resource persons with support from finance department .

          6.0  Miscellaneous :

          • Developing Monthly MIS for reporting /updating Chairperson ,CMDC, Director, BIMTECH and  Faculty members involved.
          • Timely reporting through MIS
          • Creating archive of all Past Program Templates, Reading Materials used, Program Feed backs received and analysed etc. ,
          • Preparing Press releases of activities/programs, releases for In-house Magazines, etc.
          • Undertaking Bench marking projects for learning and development,

          Jobs that report to her/him:

          One or two support staff with general abilities to support in coordination and deliveries.

          The selected person will have immense learning opportunities in diverse areas of organizing international conference, publication of research journal, reviewing cases, engaging virtual community and updating databases.

          Qualification:

          Graduate / PGDM from reputed Institution/Post Graduate in Eco, English Language from good
          institute

          Job Specification/Eligibility :

          1.0 Support to ICMC

          • ICMC promotion through social media almost daily, creating messages and getting graphic made
          • Manage papers through conftool and maintain database of authors who submitted cases
          • Implement review process and Monitor till closure
          • Manage activities related to the external linkages with organization and people
          • Help in review of cases and tracking through the review process

          2.0 South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases

          SAJBMC is a Socpus indexed journal published by Sage three times a year

          • Manage the database of authors who have submitted the cases and are at different stages of review
          • Communication assistance throughout the publication process
          • Keep track of papers during review process
          • Manage the distribution of Journals
          • Review some papers to check if all corrections are incorporated
          • Help in review of cases and tracking through the review process

          3.0 ICMC knowledge series webinar
          The webinars are organized twice a month. The title and resource person will be identified by the Chairperson
          CMCD

          • Promotion of webinar through social media
          • Manage the webinar
          • Post webinar record keeping and upload of webinar module
          • 4.0. Case competition
            Student case competition is organized 2 months prior to ICMC and winners are awarded during ICMC inaugural
            session

          • Promotion of case competition through social media
          • Assist faculty in conducting the case competition

          5.0 Organize research and case focussed workshop
          The title and resource person for the workshop will be identified by the Chairperson CMCD.

          • Promote the workshop through social media
          • Maintain database of faculty and research scholars
          • Manage workshop related communication

          Desired Profile :

          Good communication skills (verbal/ written);
          Highly skilful in Word, Excel and Power Point;
          Very good English writing and editing ability;
          a voracious reader of management texts,
          Social media and technology savvy, meticulous physical and digital record keeping
